What are you looking forward to the most in the road map of 2025?
0:07
Lots of things.
0:09
As we’ve already mentioned, we’re doing a lot in for the experience of the back-office teams and the administrators.
0:16
I think some of those features that we’re bringing out next year are going to be truly innovative and best in class.
0:24
Do you agree?
0:24
I would say I would indeed.
0:25
I think that what I’m really excited about is that we’re going to be moving into new spaces as well in 2025.
0:31
SA lot of our end users today obviously have that desk booking experience or Cam book meeting room already.
0:36
But I think we’re moving into those spaces where we’re delivering new features such as catering or managing mobile assets and also having that kind of single pane of glass across the entire building.
0:47
And also some really important unique experience you get in in, in flagship buildings around client meeting rooms.
0:55
And, and those kinds of experiences where that experience in those rooms is a little bit different to the normal internal and meeting rooms that employees use on a day-to-day basis.
1:05
Yeah.
1:05
And I think it’s gonna be really exciting actually, because I think what we’ve learnt interacting with not just end users, but those workplace experience teams is that the user journeys we’re now fulfilling on simple transactional user journeys, they’re very complicated and they can involve multiple people just to have a single meeting.
1:21
Very successful.
1:22
And those, yeah, exactly those, you know, those back office teams that we’ve been talking about often, it’s a very interactive experience in those kinds of client suites where, you know, they need to have an interactive, you know, experience with, with those employees trying to book those experience to get the exactly the meeting experience that they’re looking for.
1:41
Yeah, I think, I think it’s gonna be a fantastic 2025.
1:44
Yeah, I agree.
Roadmap highlights
Book Module
The GemEx Book module is bursting with great features for booking office resources but the team aren’t stopping there. In 2025 enhancements are coming with new features for Booking management grid view, approvals, while employee app users will be benefitting from updates to linked and colleague bookings for an even smoother workday experience.
Outlook Add-in Integration
The Spica team will be integrating our Visits module into our bi-directional Microsoft Outlook Add-in integration. What does all that mean? You can manage visitors from the comfort of your email calendar.
Enhancements for Visits, Services & Digital Signage
New features and capabilities are being added to our visitor management solutions, our integrated services and ticketing system and digital signage software for kiosk and meeting room panels.
