Our software solutions are focused on the Digital Workplace, and clients all over the world use our products to provide exceptional digital workplace experiences to a wide range of workplace users including employees, visitors, and the people who run, operate and maintain the workplace.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in some really interesting new technology and progress within a fast-paced, growing company. Reporting directly to the Chief ProductOfficer, you will be helping to research, design, implement, test and support new features in our existing software products as well as uncovering new product opportunities. The role is heavily focused around detailed product requirements and specification and involves close collaboration with Product (UI/UX) Designers and SoftwareEngineers to deliver the improvements, features and products that you define, as well supporting our Customer Success team who provide the primary support interface to our customers.
= Trends and Product Analysis Understand our products and their position in the market, identifying the trends and competitive threats to uncover product opportunities
= Requirements Research and Detailed Analysis Collect, analyse and curate detailed prioritised requirements from a variety of sources including industry analysis, competitor research, user research and customer feedback
= Product Specification Build detailed specifications in response to product requirements and opportunities, incorporating user journeys, behaviours, business rules and acceptance test specifications
= Product SME Build a detailed and comprehensive working knowledge of the products in our software portfolio and become recognised as a Subject Matter Expert both inside and outside of the business
= Squad Collaboration Work closely with Product Designers and Software Engineers to get enhancements, features and new products built and tested, as well as helping the Product Owner to prioritise, plan, release and launch features and products.
= Product Ownership Deputise for Product Owners when required
= Self-motivated in getting what needs doing done this is a role where you are expected to take the lead on product and feature initiatives

Experience & Qualifications required:
This is a wide-ranging role working across the whole product build lifecycle and supporting UI/UX Designers and software engineers in delivering optimal features. If you have strong demonstrable experience in at least 2 of the following areas, then we are happy to provide on the job training for enthusiastic individuals to cover the additional skills required:
= Software product requirements analysis and specification
= User research.
= Demonstrable product analysis experience associated with desktop and mobile applications
= 2-5 years relevant experience either of working in a software product business or within the software engineering function of a large organisation
= Experience of working with products and technologies that have areal-time data analysis, IOT, systems integration or visualisation focus.
= Experience working with agile methods and supporting tools
= Experience in data analytics and visualisation
= Experience delivering B2B software products
= Experience working with large enterprises / corporations
