Only a quarter of employers have established team norms, trained managers in managing distributed teams, or adopted best practices for working across distances, indicating a significant gap in readiness for hybrid work models.

Employees value flexibility and autonomy, with 7 out of 10 respondents preferring virtual meetings and asynchronous communication methods. Moreover, unwanted interruptions reduce productivity and increase stress, highlighting the importance of creating conducive work environments.
